It is a truly multinational and multicultural company It is a very successfu company It gives very good salary and benefits

Cons

In a few occasions, it felt like the company was taking decisions on employees roles and career moves without really consulting the employees, just working on the assumption that if you are well paid, you should accept everything

All the perks you can imagine, expense account and company car that you can take to the US for personal reasons - shopping or vacation - and they will pay the gas for it even if you go all the way to Florida

Cons

Lone wolf type of job - you are pretty much on your own - you meet your boss and peers once a month and have a regional/national meeting every 3-6 months. Manager supposed to go out with you on trade tours once a month but in reality is more like once every 2-3 months. Terrible with/for promotions if you do not have an insider to prop you.
