      Good for junior to mid-level management to gain challenging growth opportunities. Many chances to work and communicate with counterparts within and across regions. Good compensation. Flat and open culture, flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Very heavy politics. You need to know and be liked by the right people to succeed. Tobacco industry outlook is not good, and industry concern grows over time.
