International career opportunities, fair performance management, very friendly atmoshere, highly competent personnel, coaching culture, lots of team building activities, financially stable

Cons

Very changeable organization, slow desicion making, high bureaucracy, training system could be subject for further improvement, work life balance

Pros

In the past it has been the travel, the work opportunities, great development and training. Good pay and conditions but this does depend on what country you are based in. Dependent on role (and direct line manager) have often been given great responsibility and headroom to make decisions.

Cons

Heavy cost cutting pressure as there is less and less opportunity to grow the top through the traditional tobacco business...except via price. Massive reduction in International Assignees may result in flow of talent out of the business over next few years.
