A great multinational organization with dynamic and talented workforce. Possesses excellent cross functional team and values employers diversity and rewarding career opportunities. Open door policy to cultivate new and innovative way of doing business.

Cons

Fast paced environment at times can be stressful. However, if you love and enjoy new challenges and constant ad-hoc changes then definitely BAT would be an ideal place to work for.

Pros

Good pay and bonus, and a good work life balance. Share scheme is a good perk. Really good people to work with (outside of senior management).

Cons

Promotion opportunities are rare and when they do happen they're based on political alliances and personal motivations rather than merit. Also, if you're female forget it as you'll rarely get above a certain level. Senior management rarely communicate anything meaningful beyond company platitudes. Constant restructuring and budget cutting.
