Great people in the sales teams which makes this job really Some really good managers Some good benefits which include private healthcare.

Cons

Bullying by some managers on very experienced staff Pay is propped up by free shares that you lose if you don't stay for 3 years. Always want you to do more out of usual hours.

Cons

Very short term focussed, only driven by profit, very poor in people management, very internally focussed, too much politics, not a values driven culture or management. Very poor on work life balance
