- Nice Sydney office - Decent pay - Many employee benefits but progressively less than years ago - Not a bad casual, high-performance culture

Cons

- Incredibly political, the best interests of the business are secondary to the best interests of a few leaders - Boys club culture within some teams - Business has no direction and is unlikely to experience growth for many, many years - Employee benefits are slowly but surely disappearing over time
