Job is never monotonous with a ever changing industry that helps keeps job fresh.

Cons

Workload very intense and chaotic at times. If your not a self motivated worker that can’t get things done without constant supervision to ensure you do it’s not a job for you. Must be disciplined and a go getter.

Open minded, very strong team, always ready to help each other, very smart policy & procedures, at the end wonderfull company

Cons

Bureaucracy is still presents, sometimes country vision & company strategy is not feet to each other, need to work more on exchange/rotation within the group (countries), Diversity is not up to mark in some end markets.
