Great people, fantastic remuneration and bonuses, good leave policy, good internal development programmes for field force representatives

Weak leadership, not innovative and slow to react, red tape, the once great culture has spiralled downwards in recent years, politics, work allocation unbalanced with some employees working 60 hours per week, lack of top management communication
