Industrial leader Agressive approach Lot of parties If you are a smoker, this is paradise Good mix of cultures at lower management level

Cons

Bias to local candidates for promotion Claims global but very regional/local mindset Bootlicking culture - one should have similar interests with bosses or heads to grow If you are smoking - you have better chance to grow. Tobacco industry as whole is a sinking ship so expect layoffs and demotions (very common after new ceo)

Multi-cultural environment, global business, good learning opportunities

Cons

Boys' club, extremely political and toxic environment, 90% of the time is spent introspecting and building slides to take to meetings to prepare for other meetings. Very much a "who you know" company where incompetence is rewarded if you can tell a good joke

Good salary and benefits, highly qualified professionals, connection with people from all around the world.

Cons

Business environment seems to be good in some business units, but I definitely cant's say the same about the headquarters in UK. If you survive this senior leadership team in good mental health, you are a superhero. Sexist board. Lack of innovation.
