      Pros

      After 12 months here, I can honestly say this is a great company that genuinely looks after its people. I’ve learned so much and continue to learn every day. The people are amazing — supportive, approachable, and always willing to help. I’m never left to struggle on my own, which makes such a difference. The best part is being able to be myself at work and having that embraced and celebrated. It’s a brilliant place to grow. I'm looking forward to the next 12 months.
