Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been as positive as we’d hope. It’s important to us that everyone feels supported during their time here.
Just to clarify a few points: our standard probationary period is six months, although many employees do pass this earlier based on performance. Sick pay is discretionary, and we’ve supported many individuals through difficult times when they’ve been unable to work.
We’re currently working to align our systems following nine acquisitions. This growth naturally brings change, and we’re continuing to integrate and update systems where needed. When people leave, we review and replace roles where necessary to ensure continuity and support across teams.
In terms of our office environment, the pool tables are available for everyday use, not just Fridays. The drinks fridge is accessible throughout the week, with beers typically offered on Fridays. While we understand that coming into the office on a Friday may not suit everyone, many colleagues do enjoy being in on that day, which helps build our collaborative culture.
