      Toil paid for overtime worked

      Cons

      Long hours, terrible office politics, inconsistent career progression, salary lower than other companies. Firm is trying to pretend that it is a big four company when they don't have the capacity to compete in this space, leading to a very unhappy work force. Overall a very unpleasant place to work
