      The only Pro I can think of at this point in time is, leaving!

      Cons

      -No training -No respect -If you like being spoken down to then look no further, BDO is the place for you. -You like brown nosing you say? well you will be in great company as there is a lot of that going on. - As per above, If you do the above then you will be favourited...wooo!! -Micro-management....only way you will receive direction as you won't receive it from your actual manager ! -CPD? Well it will be provided as long as the cost for you CPD can be justified (So..if its cheap or free.....it will be provided!!)
