9yThis is an important set of perceptions. We encourage our people through advisors and HR professionals to "speak up" to always elevate our commitment to an inclusive world class people environment and be part of making us the best place to work. Our commitment to diversity is demonstrated throughout our recruiting and retention strategies but always we would like more representation by a more diverse pool of talent. Our women's inclusion programs also (now nearly 15 years in!) provide support and advice for the advancement of women. We're proud of tremendous survey results from our Columbus team, but would like the opportunity to address any challenges faced by the minority of those who aren't feeling they are thriving.
