Nice Place to Work Good pay for an intern Office is nice and clean and the people are very respectable

Cons

Worked there during the summer, they said it was slow I didn't think it would be slow there would literally be no work for an intern. Interned there for 2 months and only did about 8 hours of real work. First years didn't have any work to do either. Intern program was a mess. No one knew where we were supposed to go, they had no plan for us and just sent us where ever someone had an empty seat at the client.

Worst firm to work for as an intern. As someone mentioned before, the firm pays no attention to their intern's schedule. They expect you to work long hours during busy seasons but couldn't care less about your exams. It is frowned upon when you take days off and just want to take the most out of their interns while they are here.

compensation is reasonable and competitive. management values work-life balance. great culture - employees like hanging out together, but no sense of obligation.

Cons

upward mobility limited. sometime felt i was pigeonholed into a project and could never switch to another client. lack of 401k match.
