      The office is nice but that’s where it ends.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, toxic culture, no one cares about anyone, lots of bullying and no real regard for humans. HR aren’t there to help you but to protect management. You bill in hours 7-10x what you’re paid annually and it’s all skimmed off by partners who only recognise and value people who are their mirror image.
