Pros
I found the culture to be a bit friendlier than what I was used to during my time at another big four.
Cons
Training is not as good as at a big four and clients are not as good and sometime don't have a good accounting system. Engagements are understaffed and you can find yourself splitting your time between two engagements as a staff during peak season. Busy season can be pretty harsh if you fall on a bad client.
