      Pros

      Great benefits and decent pay, but not enough for the hours worked and extra stress.

      Cons

      Las Vegas office has a negative culture and lots of gossip. People talk about each other and managers, with no compassion for others. Although they claim busy season for audit is only Jan - Apr, expect to work 60 hour weeks during a lot of the year and not bill / account for all of it. I don’t recommend. There are better companies to work for that care more about their employees. The turnover rate is also very high.
