No Benefits and stuck on recession salaries

Good opportunity to learn a lot

Cons

Long working hours you never get back and whats worse is they're expected from staff. Benefits are no more than bike scheme and tax saver etc. Salary is less than industry standard. Floors are crammed with staff desks. Flexibility is non existent.

Variety of industries, technologies, and roles on projects makes for a fun and interesting work environment. High levels of access to upper management. A true open door policy. Competitive pay that is always negotiable and generous incentive plan that has real earning potential. Significant improvements in the benefit package including generous 401k match, paid maternity leave, extra holiday time off, and even pet insurance!

Cons

Flexible schedule but no regular remote or work from policy. Consulting world can be fast paced and crazy at times, it is not for everyone but if you want a world where you can make an impact, this is for you.
