Good size, many good people, excellent support resources in some areas.

Cons

Poor people management, variable management quality (some very good, some just plain out of their depth and promoted well beyond their ability - this afflicts some states more than others). Some of the partners seem to be allowed to get away with behaviours that would see them either counselled, financially penalised or sacked if they were in a Big4 and staff are rarely blind to what is going on). When partners are atrocious and not culled, all partners have to share the blame for not acting and this drags the firm culture down. This is especially the case given the firm is trying to nationalise, thereby dragging the deadwood into a national partnership and thereby being rewarded financially for incompetence.

-Flexible Schedule; you have the ability to work from home and/or fluctuate your hours. -Great benefits and the pay is equal if not higher than industry standards. -You have the opportunity to advance within the company -Great place to work if you have little ones. Management is flexible when it comes to leaving work early, using PTO, etc. Both moms and dads get some sort of paid leave with the birth of their child.

Cons

Office can be quite at times. Not much socializing; which is fine.
