Great Company Culture at SWC

Pros

I have only been at SWC for less than a year, but cannot say enough about how great the culture and environment is at SWC. I have never been at another company that has such a open, collaborative environment and actually looks to their employees to speak up so we can continue to have such a great culture. There are many perks such as Fruit and Veggie Tuesdays, Free On-site Gym, Beer Fridays, and Quarterly Massages as well as great training and development opportunities. I am very happy that I found SWC and can't imagine myself anywhere else.

Pros

None besides the work life balance, doing charity work, CPA exam benefits, and I guess the coworkers are nice. If I could give this company 0 star, I would. Easy interviews to get an offer based largely on culture fit.

Cons

The first few weeks of training are repetitive and the exams you're required to take at the end of each chapter are unhelpful because you aren't even shown the right answers or what you got wrong after passing. Their national training can definitely be improved especially with some of the larger seminars. Had a terrible experience with certain HR person lady was very rude, insensitive, and judging. But 2 of the other HR ladies were nicer.
