Pros

Great people and very reasonably priced health benefits. Competitive pay. They do give every professional employee a laptop and all of the files are online so you can work at home anytime if your manager allows it.

Cons

BDO is all about employees networking, ie, going out and building relationships and essentially being salesmen for the firm. If that isn't your thing, your reviews will not be good and they will eventually force you out. It's all about bringing in business. They struggle to keep the staff busy in the off season.
