Pros

The best experience and work life balance ... Even better than the big 4 and with better compensation and benefits. Love management and their true open door policy and are willing to help make things right and work with you.

Cons

Sometimes long hours are required but it's only for a short time. Haven't worked over 50 hrs.

Pros

The work atmosphere is extremely good with very supportive co-workers who I can always turn to if I feel am a bit short-handed. The infrastructure is pretty neat and am really happy with my workstation. The work pressure is pretty manageable. One of the really good things about this place is the open communication channels with my managers and other senior staff. Also, we are trusted with the work that has been performed by us and this is really uplifting.

Cons

One of things that could be tweaked around is the system of performance related bonuses. If this could be integrated into our salary structure in a more positive manner, this could be a real boost in terms of the productivity of the staff.

BDO is a brand & to associate with the brand like bdo will give you better career prospect. Also u can balance ur work n personal life well here.

Cons

Compensation is the biggest issue in BDO. Articals as well as employees are under-paid. All the employees of HR department are like sleeping beuties.
