Cons

Currently short staffed and high pressure to deliver a high volume of work in a short time. Also currently transitioning all softwares.

Pros

Very talented group of individuals. HR takes their time to hire very bright and hardworking consultants. Incentives are provided for top performers. Lots of parties (holiday party includes an overnight stay at a nearby hotel), free coffee, free soda, fresh fruits, cakes and sweets every month to celebrate birthdays, and beer on Fridays. Pay/compensation is fair and appropriate.

Cons

No 401k matching. Most consultants would also like more vacation time. There are times when things can get pretty busy, but that's expected for most consulting jobs.
