Pros
1. Friendly colleagues 2. happy working environment 3. stable procedures in place 4. good exposure as clients are from different industries 5. open communication (depends under which team)
Cons
1. No work life balance 2. Salary lower than market rate at least 20% 3. Upper management forever thinks you are not loaded enough 4. Benefits not attractive (i.e dental, annual leave, etc) 5. Limited provision of stationeries, most of us buy our own stationeries 6. Hiring process is demotivating existing staffs (i.e hiring someone with minimal experience and exposure as senior) 7. Do not expect good salary package if you are promoted internally, someone hired externally (at a lower job band) can easily have higher salary than you 8. Management never learn from mistakes, they think that staffs can easily be replaced and never improve retention plans 9. Pathetic salary increments (especially annual salary review) 10. Overload certain (i.e capable) staffs who almost do overtime every single day 11. Limited growth as not enough staff to do fieldwork and hence no capacity to take on new engagements 12. HR super rude before and during interview, never show friendliness to candidates 13. IT personnel always show black face, which makes us dread of going to IT
