The organisation is a smudge on your CV that is why I left I did not even include it on my experience profile as I learnt nothing, I actually regressed. so to those who want to join do so at your own risk
- Management overpromises onpersonall developmen and equatable performance scheme, where in actual fact it is non-existent you only target a salary rise by a negligible percentage. You ask yourself what is the point of wasting time on useless appraisal systems for the sake of administration work.
