      Pros

      Medium sized firm with large firm resources. Great to be able to work in a leading public accounting company while maintaining the smaller 'family' atmosphere.

      Cons

      Benefits provided were not up to industry standards. Lack of public company experience also a hindrance to career progression.

      Good culture. All managers and directors are always helping out the associates to learn the different valuation concepts and industry trends. Everyone is friendly. National firm, so you get to work across the nation with different offices. Growing group whereas the rest of the valuations industry is pretty mature and stable. Directors are transparent about performance of whole group. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Natural audit busy season work and life balance is unhealthy and too much. A lot of turnover. Vague year-end goals that are supposed to tie in with the company core competencies.
