Incredible product, the MINI brand is the best kept secret in the company in terms of team atmosphere and a desire to change the future.

Cons

Overinflated retail targets, corporate silos, mediocrity and occasional lack of desire to go outside of ones box to help.

Working with clients and driving some of the best cars on the planet.

Cons

It seemed like everything was geared towards taking commission out of the salesman's check. Commission is structured on surveys and the surveys were in areas not in the salesman's hands.
