You have Company car. A BMW, motorcycle or MINI company car. The office building is TOP. Some events are interesting.

Cons

Saláries are well below average. Directors are usually foreigners (not brazilian), with issues understanding the BR Market and willing to finish its expat time here to move to the next step. Poor Upper Management. Not flexible. Poor training. Poor HR area.
