Pros

For a large company fairly dynamic. They generally hire the best candidates. The company is large, so you can normally find new and interesting areas.

Cons

Still a rather inflexible German large company, particularly when compared with North American companies. Like any large company doing hard things becomes easy and doing easy things can become ridiculously hard. It can be frustrating due to the amount of processes, bureacracy and inertia that exists. It can be hard to really move things and you spend time doing useless projects pushed down from above or, like much of the automobile sector - managing suppliers instead of doing it yourself.

Cons

A bit bureaucratic in daily operation. Too much layers of approval to ask for the action.
