      Compensation. Fairness. Vacation and time off.

      Cons

      Tedious work culture. Massive red tape. Lack of job mobility for workers older than 40. Expect excessive time on digging holes and the refilling them.

      - Free bus transport - Annual office party

      Cons

      There is lot of politics in the Testing division. Managers are spoiling the environment. Work wise there isnt any pressure but managers deliberately make you sit for long hours. Also people looking for Onshore opportunities- DO NOT JOIN HERE. As only Managers and theirs wife's and kid's enjoy this opportunity. Even if there is requirement, one is not sent to onshore and the budget is saved though every project has budget assigned. Worst place to work ever

      24 days vacation leave. Work travel trips to Europe. Training options provided, both internal & commercial courses. Opportunity for internal team transfer.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic. IT projects are always rushed, undermanned and simultaneously on going. French language is mandatory to level up to higher management position.
