      Great vacation and benefits package

      Cons

      Highly unprofessional and unintelligent people at the VP/AVP level. The compensation is significantly below market rate(by about 25%). Takes about 2 months to have access to your systems. IT is a joke.

      Lots of celebration , friendly environment , helpful people , big tables and free food and drinksevery quarter in a year

      Cons

      Very long working hours snd need to burn weekends off often. Unhelpful working culture between departments. Very manual and slow in making decision
