Pros
1. Travelling is encouraged as long as there is a valid reason (This is a pro for those who loves it) 2. Financially stable company (So far for this place)
Cons
1. The top management are given too much autonomy (This is supposed to be Pro) but it is not carefully and effectively employed in managing the departments here. 2. Suggestion for a change is welcomed, but will never be seriously viewed or considered as a good advice. In another words, there is a huge reluctance to change. However huge improvements are expected out of this. The expectations for improvement level and the willingness to change are totally imbalance.
