      Pros

      Quiet giant within exceptional capabilities in the US. Work hard, play hard. Many corporate benefits. Not overly generous cash compensation, but other benefits add up.

      Cons

      Cash compensation lower than market, still non-US/European bias for top jobs -- though this seems to be changing. Newer focus on diversity is encouraging. Spends times on surveys, performance reviews and feedback. Definitely has more heart than other banks.
