      Pros

      interesting jobs, hands-on training, very international environment, very nice colleagues and work environment, nice hours, holidays, benefits. BNP really invests in its employees' development

      Cons

      very hierarchical structure, not yet integrated at group level despite Fortis being aquired 5 years ago and BNL 8 years ago, group policies, group HR are very bad, BNP is not innovative at all, IT is bad and agreat source of wasted time and stress. some services (compliance) are not well structured yet and not decentralised at all which creates bottlenecks
