For 5 years, salaries have been increasing by 50% in relation to the market. Lack of transparent salary policy. Lack of transparent bonus policy. One employee has several bosses. Teams have many managerial positions in relation to tasks. Team leaders have less than 50% of people management skills. Overtime work without pay is tolerated. Lack of clear management hierarchy. Putting the interests of the bank before the requirements of banking law.
