      Be careful before joining more cons and if at all any pros

      Pros

      Make sure you know your team and team members before you join Do not fall for any trap or mis-leading by old members in the team May be to look good or be in good books of management - Senior employee try to direct you with wrong information about the work.

      Cons

      I was hired for BRP on full time. French only communication in meetings and daily routine Do not share or atleast try to accommodate non-french speaking person Do not give time to settle or know all the work process and can be lay of in first month itself. Management politics Favoritism only for French speaking Act very nice on your face and something wrong -inappropriate to management-that too not work related on your back Management is not sure what they want and senior associated in the company mislead you with wrong direction for the work- result is new hire person is hired within a month.

      Pros

      Great projects, people are talented and motivated. Everyone is doing its best and help each other. The manager and leaders are great.

      Cons

      IT is so slow at treating tickets. It can be frustrating.
