Lots of red flags

Pros

- Amazing vehicles, accessories and apparel. - Work/life balance is good.

Cons

- Senior management comes across as incredibly clueless, especially regarding the decisions made the past 2+ years around how to bounce back from the softened powersports market. Thankfully, the CEO is leaving...his day came and went some time ago and hopefully they look outside the company (and Canada) for his replacement. - Love to promote "Team! Team! Team!" while your teammates talk behind your back. Have never seen anything like it. - Group/team management will entice confidential conversations with "You can come and talk about any concerns you have." and then quietly share those concerns with others behind your back. - Have been very layoff-happy the past 2 years. - ZERO definable career paths for any position and love to lean on the employee to develop what they want to do next, which they think promotes this "You can do anything!" attitude but it really just comes off as lazy. - If you aren't Canadian and, especially if you don't speak French, you will not be getting promoted quickly, if at all.

Pros

Healthy work environment – collaborative atmosphere and mutual respect between colleagues and leadership. Commitment to quality – consistent effort to deliver well-crafted products/services. Opportunities for learning – access to training, knowledge sharing, and new challenges. Good communication – relatively easy access to leadership and openness to suggestions. Recognition – appreciation for individual and team contributions.

Cons

Processes that could be streamlined – some workflows are still manual or overly bureaucratic. Benefits could be more competitive
