      Head office setting and location, very lean teams, high expectations, minimal guidance, micro managers, overtime not paid, too many tools and meetings

      Great pay, but lots of overtime

      Great pay, travel opportunities, dynamic product portfolio.

      Cons

      Overtime, evening, nights, weekends, and holidays. Very few management leaders have external work experience besides BRP- It does impact the company culture.
