      Being part of a global digital transformation

      Pros

      As the Global Solution Lead for the Global Marketing Community at BRP I am the owner of all decisions regarding technology made by the Global Digital team in the companies Transformation. I manage two teams of analysts, architects, developers, testers and system administrators, who work on BRP’s digital properties like public websites and mobile applications etc. To date, it’s the most interesting challenge I’ve had in my career by a long shot. You'd have to look far and wide for a company with such a global reach here in Montreal and with so many exciting projects going on.

      Cons

      Coming from the startup world, getting a handle on processes is not always easy, but most people are willing to listen, and open to change. Things just move a little too slowly for my liking.

      A good job, but little or no advancement opportunity

      Good pay and benefits. Innovative and well designed product.

      Cons

      Little advancement opportunity unless you are Canadian and willing to relocate there. Current management is out of touch and adversarial with dealers.
