      Pros

      Great benefits over the media of the local and national average. Really an International ambiance and it has a really employment development plan. The company philosophy is focus on the employees wellness. The employees age media is around 30 years, to much young people that has professional development opportunities.

      Cons

      The salaries are behind the local media, Not payment of overtime for salaries, which is not normal in Mexico.

      Cons

      It is seasonal work that depends on "boys buying their toys" for a living. This means that if there is a bad quarter, then you have a good chance to be thrown out the door.
