      Pros

      -A very fair compensation package. Easily the best that I have ever received. -In my team, the strengths and weaknesses of company processes are known and can be discussed openly -Haven't encountered any nightmare employees or managers so far

      Cons

      -A lot of the tools and work processes aren't the best nor the most sophisticated. For example, having to work in a Google Workspace environment when all the Microsoft solutions do it way better -It's such a big company that figuring out who is responsible for specific tasks gets super complicated

      More than fair compensation package even if the bonus will continue to shrink as the business is behind its best years

      Cons

      You have to brownnose and not challenge the old guard who manage things like it's the 90's

      Dynamic company Room for growth Strong CEO Global company

      Cons

      Workload is too high Company’s growth showcase deficiencies in some foundations (ex: processes and IT) A lot of turnover of new employees (up to 2 years) recently due to workload. They showcase that they sim for quality of life, but as for more and more performance. Salary for mid level employees does inadequate for responsibility levels.
