      Pros

      The work is easy enough, engineering makes the process fool proof. Support for employee comfort and ergonomics is extremely helpful.

      Cons

      Regular shutdowns(unpaid). Management plays favorites.

      Pros

      -People at the St. Peter location (BRP/Alumacraft) were friendly, fun, and helpful. -The product, aluminum fishing boats, were really fun to watch come together. -The position was really a great fit, lots of challenges and opportunities to improve on existing process. -PTO/Vacation was very easy to take off as long as reasonable notice was given. Never had a vacation or similar denied. -A real emphasis on promoting from within and encouraging employee growth.

      Cons

      -Being in the recreational vehicles industry leads to being insecure, when recession or slowdowns hit big recreational purchases are not a priority.
