      Good insurance and bonus. The work environment is good.

      Cons

      No it vision. Project can start but shutdown for mismanagement of ressources. I feel that my boss doesn't support while I am doing my job.

      Very clueless managers, unqualified. People are very old school No proper process to train people. Just hired and left to figure things out. Very haphazard ways of working Constantly have to work in the grey Does not deliver as promised. Job description does not match the actual job. Random designations that make no sense. Live for the day mentality. No longer term plan. Racist approach, even though they pretend there is diversity and inclusion. Beware!
