Pros

- Possibility to work across a wide range of capabilities - Sharp and young colleagues you can learn from - Lots of fun events organized by the company - Nice stamp on your CV - Interesting package as of Consultant level

Cons

- No private life - free nights are almost a myth in Brussels - Continual high pressure that caused several burn-outs within the company - You don't take part in the actual implementation of the strategy on the field, and have no view on the actual impact of the work you've done - Little influence on the type of project you get staffed on as a junior, you just end up doing any project starting when your current assignment arrives to its end - Low salary considering the working hours you do Don't forget that there are plenty of interesting jobs out there if you search well, management consulting is not the only option.

Pros

1. Benefits 2. Flexible time 3. Off-sites

Cons

The organization is not committed to it;s employees growth (esp. the workforce based out of India). US Managers treat the folks based out of Indian Shared Services as trash, demean them and create/plant worst situations as a result of which employees have to leave the organization. They are highly unjust and inconsiderate, when it comes to growth of their "Indian" reportees. Meritocracy goes for toss and favoritism takes the place. Innovative ideas, suggestions are not seen in the encouraging light instead US managers considers it as "challenge to their authority". Worst company to work for, if you are bringing on out of box thought process and integrity/self-respect on the table.
