      Pros

      Fun, smart, people. An amazing combination that is hard to find elsewhere. Constant challenge leading to great learning Support and mentoring are top-notch

      Cons

      Client service work can be very intense, and can feel restrictive despite the firm and management's best efforts to balance work and personal lives of employees.

      Pros

      Bain provides an incredible learning experience. At Bain, I have worked side-by-side notable senior executives and helped them solve their most critical business problems - across marketing, operations, finance and organization. As a result, I have amassed an invaluable skill-set that will help me be successful at or long after Bain. I also know I am supported at Bain - a Bainie never lets another Bainie fail. The people are special - incredibly smart, but supportive, down-to-earth and fun.

      Cons

      As is the case with any consulting firm, we work extremely hard at Bain and the hours can be long. While face time is not important and Bain prioritizes solutions to improve work/life balance, the job can be demanding (which makes it all the more rewarding).
