      Great place to work though beginning to get less interesting

      Pros

      Results driven organization, heavy focus on merit, challenging work, GREAT people, ability to have an impact early in your career and beginning meeting senior people at clients

      Cons

      Clients served are getting progressively larger so the work is not as interesting because it is all big company projects where things move more slowly and it is harder to get things done; being an advisor without the ability to implement

      Great place to learn how to cut to the chase....but not a place for a career

      Pros

      Energetic and talented consultants. Desire to get things done. Work hard and play hard. Less "white glove" culture than competitors.

      Cons

      Like all consultants you travel too much. You also work on a few key dimensions as opposed to all dimensions of becoming a general manager.

      Pros

      Great culture, a lot of smart individuals who are very motivated. The hours can be long but they compensate you accordingly.

      Cons

      Long Hours, Some people are very arrogant. Hard to move up the corporate ladder because of size. People are mostly friendly though.
