      Pros

      The people are fun and social. It is a good environment to make friends with coworkers and learn how to balance social/professional relationships.

      Cons

      Bain has changed its case model to reflect longer, relationship style cases. This is not valuable for it's pre-manager employees as it limits variety of experience.

      Great people, hard work. Learned a lot. Met many new people that were integral to me being where I am now

      Cons

      Very long work hours that can interfere with social/family life. Some of the work seemed to be less intensive with numbers.

      Work-life balance can be tough at times. Management team having a tendency to over-promise or over-scope engagements. Inconsistent promotion cycles globally.
