      An excellent job out of college to grow basic business skills and intuition

      Pros

      Great culture, very helpful colleagues, challenging work, excellent social atmosphere - your colleagues are also friends. Not at all competitive within your start group - I honestly have no idea who is at the top or bottom of the group.

      Cons

      The hours can vary dramatically - some 'lifestyle cases' are really only 45 hours a week or so, whereas the worst cases can peak at 100 (though rarely for more than a week). Average is probably in the 55-60 range.

      Pros

      Very interesting job, great team, great salary. Was very satisfied from everything that the company had to offer. Great experience.

      Cons

      The job is a bit stressful and they have long hourse. But that really is not too bad. If you have the chance, go work there.

      Pros

      Bain and Company is a great place to work. You face intellectual challenges daily, feel stretched (in a positive way) and are rewarded adequately. Moreover, you work with the smartest yet down to earth brains in the corporate world.

      Cons

      Mediocrity is not acceptable, which is eventually a great thing since it helps you to give your best
