      Pros

      People are all very down to earth and nice. Eveyone is very smart and the work is interesting. Great support and training programs.

      Cons

      Work life balance is difficult. Management makes great efforts to make the work life balance work, but nevertheless the hours can be long.

      People - Quality of co-workers is unmatched elsewhere Problems - the day to day work of helping clients with their most difficult strategic and operational problems is fascinating. I love to go to work.

      Cons

      There will not be the opportunities that exist in the corporate world to receive a windfall salary (more than $10M in a year) via senior executive comp, options grants, buyouts.
